Notice of Prize-Giving and Elections General Meeting

The Annual Prize-Giving and Elections General Meeting of Davey’s Bay Yacht Club Incorporated, A0027135D, ABN 17 245 667 668 (the “Club”) will be held at the club house, Mt.Eliza, at 12.30pm on Sunday 3rd May 2015.

 
The ordinary business of the annual prize-giving and elections General Meeting is to:
  

      I.    Confirm minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on Sunday 26th October 2014.

    II.    Receive Commodore’s report;

   III.    Receive Treasurer’s report;

  IV.    Receive Social Committee’s report;

    V.    Elect Officers of the Club and the ordinary members of the Committee;

  VI.    Nomination of Life Member(s);

 VII.    General Business.
